- Fees & Payments
- A fee of £14.50 applies per cancellation request unless otherwise stated.
- Fees are payable in advance.
- Your Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information to ensure successful cancellation.
- You are responsible for checking the provider’s cancellation policy and any notice periods.
- Ask Tonie is not liable for charges applied by your provider if notice requirements are not met.
- Refunds
- Refunds may be issued if a cancellation request cannot be submitted due to an error on our part.
- No refund is available if the service provider rejects a valid cancellation request due to their policies.
- Limitation of Liability
- Ask Tonie is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, including subscription charges, penalties, or fees imposed by providers.
