How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, simply email us at support@asktonie.com with:

• Your order number
• The email address used for the purchase
• A short explanation of why you are requesting a refund

• Verification – Once we receive your request, we’ll send you an email to verify your details.
• Confirmation – After verification, you’ll receive a confirmation page with an overview of your request.
• Response – Our support team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
• Payment – If approved, your refund will be issued immediately and should appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

⚠️ Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for your original purchase. If that method is no longer available (e.g., expired card or closed account), we will work with you to arrange an alternative such as PayPal or bank transfer, once verification is complete.

Important Notes

If your cancellation letter has already been sent, we will still issue your refund. However, we cannot stop or reverse the cancellation. If you wish to reactivate a subscription, you will need to contact the service provider directly.

Refunds will not apply in cases of abuse or fraudulent use of our service.
