  • We cannot guarantee cancellation in every case, as the outcome depends on the provider’s terms and conditions.
  • Our service is considered delivered once we have submitted the cancellation request.
  1. Fees & Payments
  • A fee of £14.50 applies per cancellation request unless otherwise stated.
  • Fees are payable in advance.
  1. Your Responsibilities
  • You must provide accurate and complete information to ensure successful cancellation.
  • You are responsible for checking the provider’s cancellation policy and any notice periods.
  • Ask Tonie is not liable for charges applied by your provider if notice requirements are not met.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds may be issued if a cancellation request cannot be submitted due to an error on our part.
  • No refund is available if the service provider rejects a valid cancellation request due to their policies.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Ask Tonie is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, including subscription charges, penalties, or fees imposed by providers.
  • Our responsibility is limited to preparing and sending cancellation requests with the information provided by you.
